1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, accessing, or using Swing Master Pro, including its online course videos, supporting application, Expert Advisor (EA), and related materials (collectively, the “Programme”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access or use the Programme.

2. Nature of the Programme

TitaniumEFX Pte Ltd (in business as ProTradersNetwork.com) provides Swing Master Pro as a trading education and technology package. Depending on the access granted to you, the Programme may include:

• Online educational videos and training materials
• Access to a supporting web and/or mobile application
• Access to an Expert Advisor (EA) tool designed to support trading analysis and/or execution
• Related learning resources, updates, guides, and support materials made available by TitaniumEFX Pte Ltd

All content, tools, and services are provided strictly for educational and informational purposes only.

3. No Financial or Investment Advice

4. Risk Disclosure

5. Programme Access

Access to Swing Master Pro is personal to the purchaser and may include separate login credentials, app access, and/or licensing credentials for the Expert Advisor (EA). Access to the Swing Master Pro application and related trading tools, including the EA, will be valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Any continued access after this one-year period will be subject to the Company's prevailing renewal terms, pricing, and availability at that time.

• Login credentials and licence keys must not be shared with another person
• Access may be suspended if misuse, unauthorised sharing, copying, or redistribution is detected
• TitaniumEFX Pte Ltd may update, replace, modify, or discontinue individual features where reasonably required for maintenance, security, compatibility, or product improvement

6. Use of the Expert Advisor (EA)

The Swing Master Pro Expert Advisor is designed to support trading analysis and/or execution. It does not guarantee results or profitability and requires proper understanding, configuration, monitoring, and risk management by the user.

Users are responsible for:

• Correct installation and configuration of the EA
• Ensuring compatibility with the relevant trading platform, broker, account type, and device
• Reviewing and understanding settings before enabling automated or assisted trading functions
• Monitoring open trades and account activity
• Maintaining appropriate risk controls and sufficient margin
• Any trading decisions or outcomes resulting from the use of the EA

7. User Responsibilities

By accessing the Programme, you agree:

• To use the Programme only for lawful and personal educational purposes
• Not to copy, record, reproduce, distribute, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any proprietary content or tool without written permission
• Not to reverse engineer, decompile, tamper with, or attempt to bypass licensing or security features of the app or EA
• Not to share account credentials, licence keys, course videos, or proprietary materials with others
• To keep your devices, passwords, trading accounts, and platform credentials secure

8. Intellectual Property

All Swing Master Pro content, course videos, app features, systems, software, training materials, branding, strategies, tools, and Expert Advisors remain the intellectual property of TitaniumEFX Pte Ltd (in business as ProTradersNetwork.com) and/or its licensors. No ownership rights are transferred to the purchaser.

9. Payments, Cancellations & Refunds

Payment obligations, instalment arrangements (if any), promotional terms, cancellation rights, and refund eligibility are governed by the purchase terms communicated to you at the time of enrolment or checkout. Where no separate refund entitlement is expressly stated, access to digital content and tools remains subject to the Company’s prevailing sales and refund policies and applicable law.

10. Platform Availability & Technical Requirements

TitaniumEFX Pte Ltd aims to provide reliable access to the Programme but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access, permanent availability of every feature, or compatibility with every device, operating system, broker, or third-party trading platform. Users are responsible for maintaining the internet connection, hardware, software, and third-party accounts needed to use the Programme.

11. Technical Support

Technical and programme support may be provided through the support channels made available by ProTradersNetwork.com. Response times may vary depending on the nature and complexity of the request. Support does not include personalised financial advice or guarantees regarding trading outcomes.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TitaniumEFX Pte Ltd (in business as ProTradersNetwork.com) shall not be liable for trading losses, financial damages, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, technical interruptions, third-party platform failures, broker-related issues, incorrect user settings, or misuse of the Programme. Use of Swing Master Pro is at your own risk.

13. Third-Party Platforms

Swing Master Pro may rely on or integrate with third-party products and services, including trading platforms, brokers, hosting services, payment providers, and device operating systems. These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. Continued access to or use of the Programme after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, subject to applicable law.

16. Governing Law

1. License Grant

Subject to these Terms and your valid purchase/access status, TitaniumEFX Pte Ltd grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to use the Swing Master Pro application, Expert Advisor (EA), software components, and related digital materials for your own personal use. The licence for the Swing Master Pro application and related trading tools, including the EA, is valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase, unless otherwise expressly stated in writing by the Company.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, translate, adapt, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the app or EA
• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, lend, or share the software or licence credentials
• Circumvent activation, licence, security, or access controls
• Use the software to create or distribute a competing product or derivative work
• Use the software for unauthorised commercial purposes or on behalf of third parties without written permission

3. Ownership

The Programme, app, EA, software, code, design, documentation, videos, materials, trademarks, and associated intellectual property remain the property of TitaniumEFX Pte Ltd and/or its licensors. Your purchase provides access and a licence to use the product; it does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property.

4. Updates & Compatibility

We may provide updates, patches, revised versions, or replacement components. Technical changes to trading platforms, brokers, operating systems, or third-party services may affect compatibility. We do not guarantee compatibility with every future version of third-party software or hardware.

5. No Guarantee of Performance

• The app and EA are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis
• No guarantee is made regarding trading results, profitability, uptime, or error-free operation
• Performance depends on user decisions, settings, broker conditions, market conditions, connectivity, and other factors outside the Company’s control

6. Termination of Licence

This licence may be suspended or terminated if you breach these Terms, misuse or share the software, infringe intellectual property rights, circumvent access controls, or otherwise use the Programme in an unauthorised manner. Upon termination, you must stop using the affected software and tools.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TitaniumEFX Pte Ltd is not liable for trading losses, financial damages, lost profits, missed opportunities, technical failures, data loss, broker/platform issues, or losses arising from incorrect configuration or misuse of the app or EA.
